DHR Distributors Terms and Conditions
Farm & Home’s-DHRdeals.com products constitutes your agreement and acceptance without modification of the notices, terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms”). You accept the Terms when you make a purchase. To the extent that the provisions of any additional terms conflict with these Terms, the provisions of these Terms will govern. References to, “our,” “we,” or “us” refer to Farm & Home, DHR Distributors or DHRdeals.com, and their affiliates, and members. References to “you,” or “your” refer to any user accessing viewing, or interacting with our site. We may make changes to the Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms for updates or changes. If you do not agree with the Terms, you should not purchase from Farm & Home’s DHR Distributors/DHRdeals.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations of orders must reach our office 24 hours after order date and needs to be cleared by our sales office. Refused orders and returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and freight fees.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made via Paypal prior to shipments being made unless pay cash in store with local pickup is offered or other arrangements have been made with Farm & Home -DHRdeals.com.
Terms of Sale
USA orders only- are all sold FOB. On behalf of the customer, Farm & Home-DHRdeals.com shall arrange for shipping, handling, and insurance (if required by customer) at the customer’s expense, ship to the customers designated location. You may elect to pick up items in store at 1475 E. Wilson Ave Arcadia WI, 54612. You may not purchase from us if you are under the age of 18.
Termination of Use
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your use of dhrdeals.com at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. You may discontinue using dhrdeals.com at any time without prior notice.
Product Pricing/Information
The purchase price of the goods shall be DHRdeals.com quoted or published on-line price list. We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on our site. We will make reasonable efforts to accurately display products we sell. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error free, we have the right to correct errors. Product prices on dhrdeals.com may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions or markets, including the same item sold in store. Prices and promotions are subject to change, and may vary. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until your order is submitted. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you regarding this error. The prices are in U.S. dollars and are valid within the United States, prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping handling costs paypal or credit card fees and tax (if applicable).
Backorders
From time to time on-line inventory may not be correct or error in inventory levels may occur. Therefore making your items unavailable at the time your order is pulled for shipment. We will automatically cancel your item/s and a full refund will be made to your account.
Returns
Products Arriving Damaged: Please call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt before contacting Farm & Home-DHRdeals.com. DHRdeals.com is not responsible for damages incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products that left our facility in good condition.
Product Warranties
Products are warranted by the manufacturer. The user should contact the product manufacturer or an authorized service center of the product for questions on warranty or use questions. Note: the product manufacturer can’t be held responsible for customer misuse of product. Misuse may include, but it is not limited to, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, incorrect operating procedures, and incorrect assembly.

Disputes
